How to adjust draw weight and draw length?

Use the intuitive screw adjustment system (or visible screws for Thor 3.0); Thor 3.0’s draw length adjusts across 18 gears without a bow press.

What if the bow isn’t used for over 3 weeks?

You can unstring the bow for storage.

How to store the compound bow correctly?

Avoid hot (e.g., car trunks) or humid (e.g., basements) areas; don’t store vertically—hang or place it horizontally in a bow bag/case.

What’s the adjustable draw weight range?

30–60 lbs (standard) or 30–65 lbs (Thor 3.0).

What’s the adjustable draw length range?

19–30 inches (standard) or 19.5–30.5 inches (Thor 3.0).

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely through your PayPal account at checkout. Simply select the PayPal option and log in to complete the payment. After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and our store. Do the prices include VAT or shipping costs?

Prices on our website do not include any applicableVAT, customs duties, or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authorities upon arrival.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

The time it takes for our customers to receive an order depends entirely on the locale, the shipping method chosen and the date the order was made. We advise customers to take a look at our Shipping Terms page, this contains a breakdown of our shipping methods and how long each will take to deliver the product to you.

Please be aware that the stated delivery times, although often accurate, do vary depending on delays within the postal system. Any delays that occur during transit are entirely down to the postal service in charge of delivering the parcel.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also log in to your account to view order status.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging.  We cannot accept returns on used compound bow for safety reasons. Initiate a return by [email protected] our support team.

My compound bow arrived damaged. What should I do?

We rigorously quality-check all products, but defects can rarely happen. Please contact our After-Sales Support team immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will swiftly send a replacement or provide a refund.
